Simple relaxation and contentment for children and adults

This evening seminar will explore some simple techniques to create and maintain relaxation and contentment. It is open to children and adults. When adults practice relaxed living it is easily transferred and taught to children. This fun evening will be held in the Mayo Education Centre, Westport Road, Castlebar, on Wednesday September 28 starting at 7pm. The evening is free of charge.
